Versatile Vegan Meaty Mushrooms

16 oz sliced organic mushrooms (shiitake or portobello are my favorites, but any work)

3 cloves chopped organic garlic

3 T organic coconut oil

1 tsp granulated organic garlic

3/4 tsp sea salt (or pink himalayan)

1/2 tsp organic black pepper

Warm cast iron pan with oil, add mushrooms, and saute till browning. Add garlic and seasonings until they start to crisp. At this point, they are ready and delicious for any dish!!! You can eat like they are, or substitute them in for Vegan Tacos, or in breakfast scrambles, in grain bowls, on top of salads, added to veggie stir frys, or just get creative with your own meals. Share below, if you’ve found a family favorite with these mushrooms added to your dish! *you may also add Spicy Asian Marinade/Dressing to these mushrooms to enhance Asian flare. See recipe on this site as well.
