1 c raw sesame seeds (rinsed)
1 c clean water
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
3 T fresh squeezed lemon juice
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 t salt (Himalayan or sea salt)

Add all ingredients into blender and blend. Adjust amount of water depending on your desire of a thicker spread or a creamier sauce.
I made my double batch thick and then put some in a separate jar, added water, shook up until mixed and added chopped fresh parsley. I took that jar with a pan of roasted cauliflower to a dinner party.
