1/2 c Vegenaise
1/4 c vegan milk (cashew, almond, etc)
1 T lemon juice
1 T fresh chopped parsley
1 1/2 t dried oregano
1/2 t sea salt
1/2 t granulated garlic
*makes almost a cup
**of course, all organic ingredients
Mix all ingredients and stir until smooth. May spice to taste. Store in a glass jar and refrigerate. It should last 5-7 days, if not longer in the fridge.
This is not only great on salads, but also for dipping fresh veggies. Or Easy Meal Prep: bake potatoes and add roasted or steamed veggies, and your choice protein on top. Then drizzle Homemade Vegan Ranch Dressing and BBQ sauce for a tasty meal.
