1 c organic dates (pitted or nut paste)
3/4 c organic nut butter (your choice)
1/2 c organic, real maple syrup
1/2 c organic coconut flour
1/3 c chocolate chips
Optional: chopped nuts of your choice, shredded coconut, dried fruit
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a food processor until blended. If no food processor, use a blender or just whisk together. Add chocolate chips and fold in. Roll into balls and store in refrigerator.
These are delicious snacks to eat when craving hit, or need a pick me up, or for snacks. Also great in kids’ lunches.
