Spicy Asian Marinade/Dressing

Cooking Time

15-20 min

Yields

approx 18 oz

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup organic, Gluten Free Tamari (if not GF, may use Tamari or soy sauce, or Bragg’s Aminos)

1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

15 minced fresh cloves of garlic (or more if you love it like we do)

1 T minced/chopped fresh serrano (may use chili paste or 1/2 tsp cayenne powder)-*adjust spice as you like*

1 T + 1 tsp maple syrup

1/4 cup water

1 tsp sesame oil

Directions

mix all ingredients together. If you have jar with lid, shake well before use or stir.

You may adjust the ingredients to preference. The fresh garlic adds spice as well as the pepper of choice.

Notes

This dressing can be for salads, for stir fry dishes, for rice rolls and rice balls, for meat or veggie marinades.  This is so good, you may be tempted to just sip it!!! I make extra to keep on hand for school lunch dips, and for quick, tasty meals.  It’s great to just put on steamed rice, too. *you may also add fresh ginger and play with it how you best like.
