Ingredients
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 T olive oil
2 T maple syrup
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
dash of cayenne powder
3/4 cup fresh water
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together and add spices to taste.
We like a little more lemony and may add more, depending on juice of lemons.
Notes
This dressing is so good. It is excellent tossed with my Kale Salad. or to add on any salad or grain and salad mixed bowl. It is also a good marinade for veggies or meat or your desire.
