Organic Strawberry Lemonade Blend
Add organic fresh & frozen strawberries, fresh squeezed lemon juice, dash of dark, maple syrup, add fresh water and blend!!! (If you want to add more health-add aloe vera juice and coconut water kefir). Great to serve at gatherings and special occasions for kids to enjoy, too!!!
Salad in a Jar
This is easy meal prep for the week!! Start your week out right and set yourself up for good health!
Make a basic batch of chopped kale and you can add different toppings in each jar for a variety throughout the week. Grab ‘n’ Go!! suggested toppings can range from all sorts of seasonal, organic, chopped, raw veggies-i.e. carrots, brussel sprouts, zucchini, celery, etc. Add any seeds you like-sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, etc. If you enjoy grains, brown rice, quinoa, millet are some examples. Lentils are also a great addition for protein asa well, and holds up well. Herbs boosts extra micro-nutrients as well as add delicious flavors-parsley, mint, dill, etc.
